The GAILES
The Gailes, designed by Kevin Aldridge, has garnered numerous awards including being honored as the top a resort course in the
country and Michigan's top resort course. Touted as one of the most authentic Scottish seaside layouts in North America, The Gailes features large double greens, meandering burms, sod-faced pot bunkers and long fescue grasses, all combined to create a truly unique round of golf.
Natural wooden fences outline the cart paths that lead to this wonderfully conditioned golf course - which provides an experience as vastly different but as similarly unique, as the Gailes. This 6900 yard layout was also designed by Kevin Aldridge, and was largely influenced by the infamous Pine Valley Golf Club - which is annually ranked as the number one golf course in the country. and hardwoods with vast sand waste areas present on nearly every hole
The Serradella is a true resort golf course - but one that packs some punch. The water
hazards, particularly on numbers two, nine, twelve and eighteen can wreck havoc on your scorecard, turning an otherwise low score into a scramble to play to your handicap. There is a great variety of holes - those allowing for a grip it and rip it mentality, mixed with demanding doglegs that require careful club selection. Throughout the round one will find a tranquil, secluded environment that promotes nature and plentiful wildlife habitats.
